I’m an advanced-level Technical Support specialist who provides customer service & support for Fender® software and related hardware products (including PC, MAC and iOS application software & drivers with extensive USB functionality.) I have extensive musical background with computer based audio software/hardware & recording experience, I am one of two Technical Support specialists who answers calls, emails and forum posts from end-users of Fender PC, Mac & iOS software and related hardware products, including detailed software application and audio driver installation/troubleshooting. I help customers with technical issues, software/hardware operation and help solve interoperability issues between PC/Mac software, USB devices and the Internet. Additionally, I also provide related internal support to various departments and provide feedback to the product development teams about issues being found in the field and help test new products being developed.
