Steve Harding

Steve formally served as CFO for Transwestern for 21 years. In his role as COO, I assist and support the CEO and Chairman in the overall management of all Transwestern companies, including – 1) spearhead the implementation of strategic corporate plans and growth initiatives, initially as designated in the Transwestern Transformation Plan ("TTP"); 2) work closely with the leadership of each of the Transwestern companies and their senior teams in pursuit of growth, expansion, M&A activities and profitability; and, 3) monitor and evaluate results for all Transwestern companies. In his role as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), Steve is responsible for driving performance management, mobilizing the organization, leading the Transformation Office, accelerating change management, empowering individuals and teams across the Transwestern Family of Companies to achieve our full potential and deliver transformation at a greater speed than ever before.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Steve was senior controller of Hines Interests, a large privately held real estate development and management company located in Dallas, Texas. He was responsible for overseeing the accounting for Hines’ operations in Dallas, including the Dallas Galleria complex. In addition, Steve previously was assistant controller for Ayrshire/Eland Corporation, a privately held residential and commercial real estate company located in Houston, Texas. He also held various positions with KPMG Peat Marwick in Houston.
