Having had such varied experience in my time at Croda, I have never ceased to be amazed at what we do, the difference we make and what outstanding employees we have around the Croda world, I am truly proud to be one of them. For me, as a leader of this amazing company, one of the most important things is being able to create a trusted environment where people can flourish and have the confidence to push themselves to new highs. Great leadership is down to getting the best from a team and allowing individuals to feel safe, whilst expressing themselves in the way they want to. We live in a complex world, and it is more important than ever to lead with compassion, where it is not just about high performance, but about doing the right thing. I believe that as innovation and sustainability leaders in our industry we have a responsibility to continue to push ourselves to do more, ensure that our ambition is restorative and makes the biggest positive impact across all areas that Croda influences. Outside of work I enjoy time with my family as well as being a keen Sunderland FC supporter.
