Main responsibilities: Production Manager | PRIMUS VIETNAM LLC | Subsequent Phase Description: Transitioning from project management to production management, I recognized the close linkage between these two areas. In the new position, I led all production activities, from personnel management, machinery maintenance to product quality and cost management. Achievements: Played a pivotal role in establishing a new plant, successfully launching the production line and operationalizing the plant efficiently, even amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
