The Chiang Gang saw its modest beginning in 2003 when Mr. S Chiang joined forces with colleague Ms. L Fleming. Upon its initial success in the first year, Mr. Mies Joseph Chiang was offered the position of Son Number 1, which he dully accepted in June of 2004. Despite some minor medical setbacks and health issues, Mr. M Chiang continues to contribute to the Chiang Gang's success. While 2004 was a lean year for the Chiang Gang, President and CFO Fleming made the decision to expand the company with the future in mind. In November of 2005, Mr. Malcolm Arthur Chiang accepted the position of Son Number 2 and is currently the most junior employee at the company. Mr. S Chiang currently serves as the Vice President of Economic Production and enjoys company outings with his employees. Ms. L Fleming is the President and CFO of the Chiang Gang and is looking forward to expanding her expertise into the medical field.
