WHAT I DO: I help manufacturing businesses with $5-50M in annual recurring revenue optimize their production processes by integrating standardized, scalable, and cost-effective robotic cells. My primary focus is on the design and customization of client projects using DIY Robotics' standard cells, ensuring that each solution meets the unique needs of our clients while reducing costs and optimizing their investment for a scalable solution over time. HOW I DO IT: I lead the sales efforts at DIY Robotics, working closely with our clients to understand their specific production challenges. By leveraging our standardized robotic cells and the pre-engineering we’ve completed on our products, I collaborate with our technical and design teams to tailor each project, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines. This approach reduces project timelines and provides clients with an efficient, cost-effective solution that can evolve with their business. Additionally, our service offering includes comprehensive technical support, customer service, and training, ensuring that our clients are fully equipped to maximize the benefits of their new systems. Notre solution plug-and-play donne aux PME du secteur plastique une visibilité complète sur leur performance opérationnelle, sans département TI, sans intégration complexe, et avec un retour sur investissement typique de moins de deux mois. J'ai co-fondé Clariprod avec la conviction qu'il manquait sur le marché une solution vraiment adaptée aux réalités des petits et moyens manufacturiers en plastique, construite depuis le plancher de production, pas depuis une salle de conférence. Du prototype initial jusqu'à la commercialisation en Amérique du Nord, j'ai contribué à chaque étape de la construction de l'entreprise.
