As Team Lead, I spearheaded our assignment set up efficiencies, incumbent knowledge, and customer service abilities. I helped Special Counsel navigate through company reorganizations as well when multiple Adecco brands combined to form Professional Recruitment & Solutions. • Delegate daily tasks and long-term projects amongst my 6 reports • Resolve escalated issues with working associates, new hires, colleagues, and leadership • Maintain control points over our large national accounts in regards to on-boarding, audit requests, and payroll maintenance • Identify and report on trends across team, helping to improve efficiency and customer service

• Onboard up to 100 contingent workers into various client assignments monthly • Establish regular communication with new candidates • Use supporting tools such as client specific checklists to encourage a smooth transition • Provide clear expectations for new candidates • Properly fill out and submit Form I9, Exhibit N, onboarding documents, and NDA forms • Initiate, submit, and adjudicate pre-employment background and drug screenings

After completing my internship with the owner of Swell Studio, and at a time when I wanted to change industry - he was hiring for a full-time associate photographer and trusted me with the following tasks: • Audit company assets for insurance and loss-prevention reasons • Researched keywords using Google AdWords • Schedule up to 50 assignments with different clients before magazine features get printed • Assist on photography assignments by capturing moments for clients
