I help to acclimate freshmen and transfer students to the History Department. I instruct these students on the proper way to formulate papers, create citations for their papers, develop proper thesis, and to manage tasks that help them become more accustomed to the university lifestyle and work ethic expected of their professors and/or future employers. I also helped to move the peer mentoring program out of its official testing phase, and helped to polish and refine it for the preceding semesters.
