● In charge of planning, and teaching engaging lessons to Grades 4 through 6 in a range of subjects which include Information Communications Technology, English, Humanities, Art, Religious Studies and Maths. Preparing the students for the national SAT exam for May 2018

* ● Managing several lifeguards during the recreation and swimming lesson programs * ● Responsible for leading weekly team meetings, trainings and evaluations of other Instructor and Lifeguard employees * ● Was qualified as an Examiner and examined several leadership courses that certify individuals as lifesavers, lifeguards and swim instructors

* ● Managing as many as 50 lifeguards during the recreation and swimming lesson programs * ● Responsible for handling revenues for several of the City of Windsor pools and community centres including filling in financial reports, keeping the financial records balanced and delivering all income to financial institutions in a timely manner * ● Responsible for leading weekly team meetings, training and evaluations of other Instructor and Lifeguard employees * During this same time period and related to my work in this field I, * ● Was qualified as an Examiner and examined several leadership courses that certify individuals as lifesavers, lifeguards and swim instructors * ● Organized fundraising events to raise money for the Lifesaving Society * ● Successfully lifeguarded at high exposure international events such as FINA 25m short course and Diving Championships

● In charge of planning, and teaching engaging lessons to Grades 4 through 6 in a range of subjects which include Information Communications Technology, English, Humanities, Art and Religious Studies ● In May, 2018 promoted to Head of Department, wherein I also developed curriculum documents that are reflective of national standards for Grades 3 through 7 at East Lane Primary School ● Prepared Grade 7 students for the national SAT exam for May 2019 ● Received Outstanding Teacher Status according to national criteria which includes – effective time management, analysis of student progress, using critical thinking skills to advance lessons, and effective communication skills with pupils, teachers, supervisor and administration ● Above responsibilities and many others required me to demonstrate effective skills in teamwork, multitasking, efficiency and initiative to be successful.
