I'm a grad student currently completing a double degree from both Queens and Maastricht University. My interests are primarily in strategy as well as organizational theory; and finding ways to justify changes in these areas through empirical data. I love problem solving and working within international teams to complete problems with unique solutions, and I very much enjoy working up against the wire. In the workplace, I'm looking for an organization that will allow me to grow and experience different aspects of the organization. Part of what I want is to learn, grow, and gain new knowledge on a daily basis. I'm looking for an organization to give me as much respect as I give it. Some of my hobbies include debating, sports (Hockey, Ultimate, Airsoft), travel, and gaming (board and video). During the summer, I was a camp counsellor and eventually the head of EDC (extended day camp) at Gartnett Williams community centre. Within this position I was required to ensure the overall safety of the campers and design programming to ensure that the campers were enjoying themselves.
