I focus my practice on estate planning, business planning, and trust and estate administration. I have extensive experience preparing estate plans, including drafting wills, revocable living trusts, credit shelter trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (“GRATs”), durable powers of attorney for finances, and durable powers of attorney for healthcare. I frequently assist family members of decedents through the probate and trust administration process. I also establish entity formation documents and buy-sell agreements for entrepreneurs and prepare nonprofit corporations and private foundations for high net worth individuals.
