Overall program management responsibilities to ensure successful product transition from development phases to mass-production, product launch and commercialization. Responsibilities include: contract manufacture management, supplier selection, supply/demand planning processes, purchasing, optimization of inventory investment, reduction of scrap exposure and favorable end-of-life inventory position. Provide Supply Chain leadership to product development processes, by creating and evaluating business cases related to product and supply chain considerations (life cycle, product fulfillment, flexibility, modularity, etc) and balanced risk assessments.

Highly competitive, rotational program comprised of assignments that where designed to develop logistics and supply chain leadership professionals. Program goals include building internal supply chain expertise, accelerate implementation of major programs, developing leadership catalysts for change, and provide leadership for key initiatives.

Responsible for transportation program development and implementation (in-bound and out-bound) of this $4+ billion developer and corporate manufacturer of printing solutions and services. Multiple mode responsibility with a US domestic transportation budget of $50 million. Duties include carrier negotiations, performance/contract management, freight bill auditing/ payment, vendor compliance, Loss & Damage claims, strategic planning, and transportation program management.

Responsibilities included performing detailed transportation/logistics audit reviews for clients and prospective clients. Developed customized transportation solutions for expense reduction, performance and process improvements while ensuring compliance to customer requirements/objectives. Managed customer needs assessment and inquiries in a prompt, professional manner.
