Designing and building data mining, workflow and reporting tools in support of financial recovery efforts. Working primarily in C#, utilizing WPF/XAML, our team works closely with various audit and review teams to streamline manual processes. Personal responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, and management of multiple concurrent projects, overseeing the turn process from dev to QA and QA to production, and support for existing tools within our system. My tools are all build on an Oracle EDW back end and rely heavily on PL SQL.

Developed multiple .NET applications to integrate the iGuard product line into existing systems, to enhance the reporting capabilities of the product. Manage technical support of the iGuard product line for the North and South American market. Developed technical documentation for these markets, including video tutorials, technical specifications documentation, installation documentation, and training documentation. Worked with dealers and distributors to develop marketing strategies based around technical solutions.

Lucid Technical Solutions is a staffing organization specializing in permanent and contract placement for commercial clients. We are currently focused on Executive Level Financial Services and Enterprise Wide Technology Implementation support. Responsible for the design and development of an applicant tracking system with integrated CRM functionality. I worked with the recruiters to develop the requirements, then once the system was built worked to tailor it to their specific needs.

Manage the development of custom software applications. I work with customers to develop system requirements, then walk each project through all phases of the software development life cycle. Managed integration and development projects for multiple customers with multiple onshore and offshore developers. Assisted with the integration of hardware and software into existing systems, as well as developed completely new systems for customer requirements.

PHP programming of websites on the Wordpress platform. Development of software for day to day business operations.

Designed, constructed and managed small computer networks of 30-100 seats, including structured cabling design, server configuration, overall systems design and management of the implementation of these designs. Subsequently managed these networks.

Leading a team to re-design and rebuild the Official Records recording application for Volusia County. This includes a redesign of an old, non-normalized database structure and completely new code. The old application was built in VB6 and mimicked an old 4GL application. The new application utilizes XAML, MVVM, WPF, and a consolidated DAL and BLL in the form of a web service that can be consumed by other applications within the organization for various reporting and recording functions.
