* Founding Advisor of the Pawtucket Youth Commission. * Facilitated the formation of Pawtucket’s Youth Commission’s by-laws and strategic plan. * Responsible for providing training opportunities to strengthen student’s ability to be advocates for their peers and engage city officials.

Responsible for a million dollar business in which I managed about 100 employees. Specialized in training, delegating, inventory taking, customer service, multi-tasking, knowledge of all food sanitation laws as well all stations at the Ram’s Den.

* Directed the planning, development and implementation of a broad range of out-of-school time programs for youth between the ages of 13 and 18 at the Alfred Elson, Jr. Clubhouse. * Managed the training, performance, and evaluation of 10 employees. * Developed a yearlong recruitment plan to increase the Teen Center’s average daily attendance.

* Led two diverse teams of eight corps members at Gilbert Stuart Middle School in Providence, RI, providing comprehensive intervention, coaching and whole school support for students and teachers. * Created over 10 large events that promoted a positive school environment, engaged parents and raised college awareness. * Assisted development and recruitment departments by engaging sponsors and potential corps members through public speaking at small (10-20 people) and large (300-1,000 people) events.

* Responsible for the coordination and implementation of student supports and interventions at Nathanael Greene Middle School. * School's liaison to community based organizations and service providers. * Coordinator of school's parent engagement and community engagement events. * Advisor of Nathanael Greene Middle School's Student Council.

* Assisted the Advancing Change Leadership (ACL) Team to identify four national program centers to lead new fellowship programs, create a cross-program curriculum, recruit fellows and plan a cross-program conference. * Created a strategic plan to transition the legacy programs of the ACL team towards a health equity framework. * Conducted researched on how youth leadership programs can advance R.W.J.F’s vision of a culture of health and provided a set of recommendations of how R.W.J.F should invest in youth leadership programs. * Assisted the Forward Promise Initiative, which provides grants to organizations and researchers dedicated to improving the well-being of boys and young men of color. * Forward Promise’s lead for the planning of a convening for diverse experts (25-30) in the field of boys and young men of color.
