Responsible for clinical supervision of social work interns.

Lead the College and Career Readiness Department to articulate a compelling vision for how to achieve college and career readiness by focusing on strategies, interventions and planning at all school levels, while meeting the SFUSD’s three goals of Access and Equity, Student Achievement and Accountability. Collaborate within the Division of Curriculum and Instruction and with other district departments to create platforms, develop opportunities, and coordinate programs that provide students with access to resources to achieve the skills, capacities and dispositions to be successful beyond high school and to realize SFUSD’s Vision 2025 graduate profile. Design and execute data driven systems and structures that insure the skillful implementation of programs, which provide maximum student impact.

Lead and develop newly formed office that is responsible for design, implementation and administration of a data driven portfolio of credit recovery/learning options, an online learning platform and intervention specific curriculum while utilizing a targeted intervention model to ensure students graduate with a-g requirements and are college and career ready.
