• Supported launch of firm’s inaugural investment vehicle, a cryptocurrency index fund, by reviewing the competitive landscape, designing their US distribution strategy and developing marketing materials. • Researched development of a cryptocurrency ETF in Europe and US; reviewed local regulation, identified potential distribution partners and outlined key ETF design features.

• Promoted two levels from entry to a post-MBA role within three years in highly competitive performance-based organization. • Developed and presented solutions to complex multi-disciplinary business problems for Global 100 financial services clients; supervised teams of junior consultants and managed client relationships. • Completed over 20 projects, working abroad in 8 different countries across EMEA and supporting clients in USA, Canada, Nigeria and South Africa.

Employed as part of the Commodities Trade Support team within the Operations division. Prepared a presentation on options, outlining different types of options, pricing models and also the trading strategies involved. Worked with a team of fellow interns to give a presentation on the effect of the Dodd-Frank Act on client services within Investment Banks.

Worked as part of the structural team. Advised clients, including leading British retailers, on the selection of materials and section size/shapes for beams. Assessed clients’ requirements and identified optimum solutions, which were most appropriate to the clients’ needs.

Employed within the Group Technology and Research Division. Independently reviewed the technical information provided in a new handbook, “Materials Critical to the Energy Industry”, which BP was sponsoring. Consulted with members of the University of Augsburg to collaborate information and reported my findings to ON Communications, who were in charge of compiling the book.

Liaised with companies including BT, NI Electricity and NI Water to create a coordinated services drawing for a housing development in Ballyclare.
