I am a commercial architect with over 30 years of experience specializing in the areas of medical, dental and veterinary clinics, day care facilities, and restaurant design, as well as general commercial office, retail and industrial projects. Are you planning on building a new facility or adding to, or remodeling an existing one? Have you had trouble getting your architect to respond when you need them? Are permitting requirements and contractor selection making your head spin? We can help with these and other challenges that you as an entrepreneur, business owner or professional service provider may encounter. You need to be focused on your business and let us direct and handle the design and construction process so that you don’t have to. In today's world it is critical that you as a business owner have the right team in place to take a project from concept to completion. We can be your one point of contact and handle all of the complex requirements needed for your project. My firm provides services including project programming, architectural design, construction document preparation and project administration, as well as space planning, CADD drafting services, accessibility compliance, color and material selection, model building, rendering and permitting services. In addition to in-house staff, we work with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, general contractors, code specialists, and other consultants to provide comprehensive services throughout the design process. It is my hope that I can impart creativity, function and value into each new design while forming ongoing working relationships with my clients.
