* Key Responsibilities: * To work with senior management across the Lowell Group to ensure that all major risks are identified and analysed, * Work with management to design and implement management information (MI) to monitor risks. * Maintain and evolve the approach to risk management including the evolution of the risk management system and approach. * To build and manage key stakeholder relationship establishing a good working rapport and effective buy in of risk management. * To focus on programmes and developments that are designed to transition the business from its current state to future state,

* Key Responsibilities: * Manage relationship with multiple external partners. * Identify strategic opportunities both for existing and potential new partners. * Monitor and manage performance and adherence to reporting requirements. * To identify and escalate issues and risks with each partner and internally. * To ensure that all partners comply with Oversight and Audit functions to mitigate risks wherever possible.

* Key Responsibilities: * To build and manage key stakeholder relationships establishing a good working rapport and effective buy in of audit routine. * To actively contribute to improving business processes and controls across the business. * To actively contribute to improving business processes and controls across the group. * Complete regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory, business and industry guidelines, processes and best practices.

* Key Responsibilities: * Provide industry standard software testing and supporting documentation. * Provide End to End testing performing role as Test Lead. * Experience of a vast range of projects types including, websites, email, reporting tools, in house tracing systems, speech analytics software amongst others. * Manage stakeholder expectations. * Design, build and present MI to members of senior management team regarding progress of testing.

* Key Responsibilities * Risk Reporting for all key committees. * Managing change for all system related developments. * Day to day management of the Risk Systems Team. * Shaping the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and associated policies. * Relationship management with the first line Risk Management Team.

* Key Responsibilities: * Provide independent Risk Oversight and challenge to the business. * Educating all stakeholders and raising awareness of Risk Management within the business. * Develop policies and procedures. * Develop and deliver Quarterly and Annual Risk Oversight Plans. * Provide specialist Risk Management advice.
