I am a retired maintenance Supervisor from the trucking industry. I have also spent some time in manufacturing and Industry. As a 13-year retired active male, I am still into solving problems. My latest problem deals with the 80% of the population that does no type of strength training. I feel the market has failed to come up with training devices and routines that would appeal to a much wider spectrum.
