Under Theme Management Pty Ltd trading as Galbraith Consulting I have held senior roles as MD, CEO and General Manager of Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure venues as well as owning my own small businesses. I have been responsible for all key managers in the area of Retail, Food and Beverage, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Entertainment, Finance, Construction and Maintenance and at one point responsible for 3000 employees in two countries. My strength is in people management creating a can do culture which leads to exceptional service and a fun working environment. My role has also included taking over non performing businesses and turning them around to achieve share holder or owner returns as well as sourcing new business opportunities. I have been involved in design, construction and implementing pre opening and on going management of new businesses both locally and through out Asia.

This is a merger of a construction and general property maintenance business with a tourism, leisure and hospitality company to create a turn key solution both locally and internationally. We currently based in Queensland servicing over sea's in China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, PNG, USA and New Zealand. We also assist Australian businesses in setting up of shore especially in China

Ngong Ping 360 was a new tourism attraction, which includes the world’s largest cable car operation, a theme village that holds 29 F&B outlets, Retail shops, and two theme attractions. I was employed to complete construction of the new village, set up all areas of operations, attain 25 tenants for the village, and manage the fit out and long term leases. • Manage all contractors in finalizing the build of the themed Village and cableway processing buildings both at the base and top of the mountain. • Set up of securing tenants for the 25 outlets including 4 internal outlets. • Oversee set up of two new theme attractions to compliment the Village • Oversee pre-opening and training of all areas in the Village and head office at the base of the mountain • Arrange entertainment, security, cleaning and maintenance contracts for the Village • Recruitment of all key areas such as Retail, Shopping Centre Management, Attractions, Entertainment, Guest Relations, Reservations and Ticketing Management • Secure long term high yield lease agreements with tenants • Maximize flow direction to increase sales • Maintain overheads with staffing to attend good net profits
