Responsible for employee supervision, production management, quality control, GMP, FDA and OSHA compliance, bulk feed and ingredient inventory management and least cost formulation at totally automated feed manufacturing plant (250k+ tons annually). Developed and implemented a Hazardous Communications program and an Emergency Evacuation Plan. Responsible for all plant safety programs and employee training.

Provide support to gas and diesel engine OEM customers, both domestic and international, with their Woodward energy control optimization product purchases. Work closely with Woodward engineers and plant personnel to offer optimal customer solutions. Provide accurate forecasting data of long term customer demand to enable timely procurement of components and efficient production planning for Woodward plants in the USA, China, Poland and Germany.
