Led the acquisition of Sysomos, a social media engagement listening platform in mid-2010, growing revenue from ~$3M at acquisition to over $45M before carving it out in 2014.

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO, held overall accountability for all public company compliance and reporting; investor relations; external presentations, including AGM’s and investor days, and overall financial strategy for the both the privately owned Second Cup Ltd and publicly traded Second Cup Royalty Income Fund (TSX: SCU).
