Lead the delivery of legal services on all matters, including governance, events, commercial, transfers, anti-doping and other matters, within the federation. Advise FIVB officials, management and administration on legal matters.

Draft event, marketing, and sponsorship contracts. Manage the financial disputes system in international volleyball. Manage the internal Results Management for the FIVB related to anti-doping matters. Represent the FIVB before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in anti-doping matters.

Act an arbitrator for the independent court of arbitration for the resolution of disputes arising in or related to contracts of players, coaches and/or teams involved in the EMEA region of Riot Games Esports.

Decide cases involving consequences on member federations in doping cases.

Act as independent judge for administrative reviews of Whereabouts Failures.

Draft pleadings for an international match-fixing case, anti-doping and training compensation cases in front of UEFA and the Court of Arbitration of Sport. Appeared in front of the UEFA Appeals Body. Draft decisions regarding doping, financial and transfer disputes for international sports federations (such as FIVB, FIBA, et al.). Draft transfer and marketing contracts for international sports federations.

Drafted Transfer Dispute Letters, memoranda for CAS arbitrations and doping cases under the WADA Code, and opposition for a blood passport doping case. Reviewed and revised media contracts, sponsorship contracts and drafted tender for international sports federations. Reviewed a personal services contract between coach and club. Created a monthly bulletin of jurisprudence for Basketball Arbitral Tribunal arbitrators. Participated in the drafting of Regulations for international sports federations. Clerked cases for the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Lecture on "The American System: Professional Leagues" and "Commercial Issues in Sport: IF Perspective"

Provided legal expertise as part of the audit of the anti-doping program by the WADA Independent Observer team for the Winter Olympic Games Beijing 2022.
