I have worked for two different; stores over this time span, one in my hometown and another when I moved away to college. Chick-Fil-A has taught me how to react in unexpected situations and how to solve these type of problems.

Working on a project for Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI) developing a reading unit and data acquisition system for a fiber optic strain sensor.

While working here I have assisted in programmin PLC's for automation of cranes as well as manual control of cranes and have designed hardware in solidworks 2018.

Undergraduate researcher in the CORE Lab under the guidance of Dr. Christopher Vermillion. Conducted research in the controls and dynamics of ocean current turbines (OCTs) in the Gulf Stream. Generated a GUI in MATLAB for control of twenty-seven DC motors attached to subscale models, and image processing to tell locations of models and perform calculations based on these position.

At Curtiss-Wright I was a co-op who assisted test engineers in designing, manufacturing and maintaining test equipment. I also helped conduct qualification and acceptance test procedures of various actuators and then finished by doing the necessary paperwork.
