Have also been a Shift Process Simulation Instruction Consultant, Shift D.C.S and Panel Operations Training and has developed and implemented systems for Maintenance, Engineering, Administration, Operations and Safety Systems for Project and Client. Extensive experience with Project Completions, Integration, HUC, Brownfield tie ins, Subsea fabrication, installation, setup, proving and system integration. Responsible for EPC 3 (Mooring Tower) and EPC 4 (FSO) of the Banyu Urip Project that will produce 20% of Indonesia’s oil production. • Member of the Senior Project Management Team to ensure that all systems within the project are mechanically complete and turned over fully commissioned to Operations Group. Duties include: • Managing the population of the completions database that contains all the engineering data and equipment ITR’s and FTR’s. • Interface and coordinate with project and design group to ensure that all designs and design changes are captured within the system. • Manage Contractor (SMOE) team of discipline commissioning and completions specialists in the review and approval of completions and commissioning procedures and activities. • Attend Management weekly and monthly progress meetings with other EPC groups in Jakarta, Indonesia. • Development of management procedures using ExxonMobil corporate General Practices and guidelines • Assist and give input on the development of the Project Interface, Coordination and completions strategies • Lead the Commissioning and Start Up activities to ensure that all facilities are ready and reliable to fully support the installation, integration and start-up of the entire FSO. • Provide input to Integrated Commissioning and Start-up planning and activities. • Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to technical and commercial requirements. • Management and budget Control of Vendor Representatives. • Work closely with the other departments (Engineering, Construction and Operations) to work out commissioning schedule, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.

Vicenay Cadenas Rectification Project (Bilbao, Spain) • Responsible for the Fabrication and delivery of the subsea components, Chain and accessory components from flotation cells to umbilical support saddles. • Technical review of production process and testing, major changes made to process in order to achieve project requirements. Working in partnership with Technip • Oversight of inspection team and day to day activities at Vicenay and associated work sites. Steel production, forging, machining, test facilities etc.

Hookup and Commissioning Superintendent - Cascade and Chinook FPSO Project

• As a member of the Management Team for BW, it is his responsibility to provide leadership, develop and identify all disciplined commissioning specialist engineers and technician teams, ensure Commissioning Procedures and Plans are developed. He also tasked to organize activities for each system/ sub-systems from Yard Construction, Mechanical Completions, Pre-Commissioning, Offshore Hook-up to Start-up. • He is responsible for Hull and Topsides Multi Discipline Commissioning activities, manage team of commissioning engineers, dynamic commissioning and performance testing. He has liaised and interfaced on various activities leading to Final Turnover with Client Project Management Team (Petrobras), Contractor, Subcontractors, Vendors, Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians. He is the system responsible engineer for PTW, MOC and TO and has strong management, planning, quality and HSE Components. He has developed punch list and database requirements, verification of P&IDs, as-builts, develop and monitor preservation program, identify and verify chemical cleaning, verify Nitrogen Helium Leak Test packs, PTW, Human Factors, Safety in Design, Loss Prevention, Risk Assessments, Lessons Learned, PSSR, Closeout verification etc. He reports to Completion Manager Oslo. • The project scope is: Hull Conversion in China, Module fabrication and installation in Singapore. Hook-Up and integration to new field facilities in Gulf of Mexico. Responsible for Hull, Topsides and Accommodation Hook-Up and Commissioning. He has additional responsibility for Subsea systems, Umbilicals / Turret, SPC, systems interface, installation, integration and testing through start-up and handover to operations. He is the main point of contact for planning and interface resolution between contractors and client.

Mechanical Commissioning Superintendent - Bohai FPSO Project

Managed N2/Hz leak testing programme, chemical cleaning programme, retro-jetting programme to allow for onshore and offshore Dynamic system testing. Red lined P&IDs and verified them as as-builts. • Project scope: Hull Construction in China, Module fabrication and installation in Singapore, Hook-up and integration to existing field facilities. He is responsible for Hull, Topsides and Accommodation Hook-up and Commissioning. The FPSO is going to be the key facility in Bohai Bay Development Project.
