Drafted sua sponte orders for judges on a variety of constitutional issues. Visited two federal correctional facilities.

Conducted intake interviews and prepared clients to appear before administrative law judges. Developed legal arguments and represented clients at their administrative law hearings.

Grew lithium niobate crystals using the Czochralski process, which is the same process used for growing semiconductor crystals. Fabricated and polished lithium niobate wafers using techniques similar to those used for semiconductor wafers. Conducted research and development for optical switch and thin film technology.

Published an article in the Housing Law Bulletin. Researched and updated “reasonable accommodation” and Freedom of Information Act case law.

Researched and drafted memoranda on a variety of constitutional issues that were incorporated into motions for summary judgments.
