As the HR Business Partner for Yara China's Digital Hub, I specialize in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and innovation within the digital team. In my dual role, I focus on both HR partnership and functional responsibilities, responsible for recruitment and employee development for Yara China team.

Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) innovates, prototypes, builds and validates new digital solutions that create value for and connect stakeholders across the agricultural ecosystem. In line with Yara’s mission to responsibly feed the world and protect the planet, DAS’ digital products and services help farmers improve crop yield and quality, optimize the use of inputs, reduce emissions, and have better connectivity to peers, knowledge and markets.

HR full function role supporting all China and Global teams. Including Talent Management, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, 3rd party agency management, etc.

➢ HRBP of Wireless Business line, incl. Presales, PM, Product management, Technical support and Business operation functions. ➢ HRBP of IP Routing & Transport Business line, incl. R&D, Presales, PM, Product management, Technical support and Business operation functions. ➢ HRBP of Enterprise R&D HRBP roles and responsibilities: Recruitment and staffing, talent development, employee engagement, C&B programs, performance management, HR consultaning. HR Functional roles in PBG: • Responsible for overall workforce plan and HC Report in PBG group • Responsible for C&B and Performance program in PBG groug

Provide HR management for business departments, including recruitment, daily HR support, training and employee development, performance and compensation review. Responsible for several functions: Material management and logistics, Planning, Quality,etc. •Responsible for overall HC reporting of Operation, providing monthly all needed HC reports to finance and other central function, incl. HC budget, and other people related reports •Responsible for OP’s C&B and performance review •Cooperating with central team to optimize company HR system(HRIS), give suggestion according to OP’s requirements

•Recruitment support and HR assistant •Collect recruiting requirements, contacting recruiting team to post advertisements. •Screening resumes and applications, setting interviewing appointments, collecting recruiting status, provide reports. •Checking HR data in HRIS •Tracking KPI setting and performance review status in GPMP(internal performance management tool)
