* Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances * Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries * Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions * Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions * Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices

* Record and reconcile inter-company corporate expenses. * Analyze corporate expenses and report monthly detail to functional leaders. * Participate in the annual planning process and creation of budgets for shared corporate departments. * Compile and analyze financial information needed to prepare consolidated financial statements. * Review subsidiary financial packages and provide commentary for the group. * Create financial reporting package for submission to management. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash forecasting and treasury reporting. * Create and update various management and ad hoc reports. * Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, tax preparation and corporate insurance renewal. * Other projects as they relate to the Corporate Finance group.
