Cook and arrange food to a high standard and to the same specification each time. Quite often having to alter dishes to suit the customers request. This was all under a time constraint that every dish had to be prepared and be served in the space of 10 minutes. Also within this role I was responsible for closing down and opening up the kitchen which meant that the area had to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised every night and morning to prevent germs. I am also trained in health and safety and food hygiene to very high standards. I also have management experience within this role delegating duties to other members of staff and also dealing with conflict and resolution handling within the role.
