• Plan and manage production activities based on customer job orders. • Coordinate with Supervisor to develop production plan and determine workflow requirements. • Monitor and manage on-going workflow to ensure timely delivery. • Organize job trainings to production team to achieve desired goals. • Provide technical assistance to team members in their assigned job duties. • Monitor and report job status to customers on regular basis. • Perform root cause analysis of production issues and provide corrective actions. • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion. • Ensure timely product production, shipping and delivery to customers. • Confirm that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. • Guarantee that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps. • Provide assistance to the shipping staff. • Advise and counsel customers on shipping methods. • Suggest and instruct customers on shipping products and services, routes and rates.

• Print, Distribute and Audit daily receiving reports • Data Entry • Confirm buyer’s orders • Create and maintain inbounds for orders before they arrive to each warehouse • Maintain an organized filing system for purchasing department • Assist in billing transfers • Assist all buyers as needed
