Stephanie Nam is in charge of Korean market by doing the hands on role of developing business and delivering the solutions to Korean clients. This is her primary role as a Senior Consultant of Development Dimensions International. She is also DDI’s first Korean Master Trainer for Interaction Management® and a certified Targeted Selection® interviewer and administrator. She has facilitated leadership programs for, Fortune No.1 companies like Exxon Mobile, Coca-Cola Korea, executive coordinators in KIA-USA, Hyundai-Mobis USA, GM Daewoo, Dow Corning, Tyco Healthcare and showcase workshop for the CEO and directors of Louis Vuitton Korea. She co-facilitated the leadership program for the internal MBA course in the prominent Korean corporate firm, Woongjin. She is also involved in many global projects as a master trainer and as an account manager for the local market. The global projects that she was involved in include Sun Microsystems, Borg Warner, Tyco Healthcare, BMS and etc. Every year since 2006, she has conducted interviews with CEOs from prominent Korean companies. These CEOs were nominated for the CNBC Asia Business Leaders Award. To date, she has interviewed more than 30 Korean CEOs including CEOs and chairmen from Shinsegae, LG Chem, Hana Bank, Yuhan, Woongjin Coway, Hynix, S-Oil, Korea line, Doosan and NHN as a Targeted Selection® Interviewer and Administrator.
