Relate with care and concern in teaching basic living skills, social skills, positive values and responsibilities. Provide group, individual and family skills training components as directed by the case manager and client's individual treatment plan. Maintain appropriate client behaviors, emphasize and utilize their strengths and use empirically based behavior modification techniques. Ensure medical needs of students are being met by following all Woodland Hills' policy and procedures. Develop, coordinate and supervise activities to assure the safety and productivity of these activities meet all Woodland Hills standards. Responsible to read diagnostic assessments and treatment plans. Write daily progress notes, accident reports and special incident reports.
