Receive inbound retention calls from current customers, for sales and revenue generation, in a high-intensity call center environment. Utilize proactive sales skills to turn requests for disconnection or downgrade into sales and save opportunities by identifying customer needs. Resolve customer complaints and defuse situations calmly and courteously. Educate customers on installed product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and product value.

Receive sales calls from current customers and/or non-subscribers for sales and revenue generation in a high-intensity call center sales environment. Utilize sales skills to identify needs of customers and effectively position products and solutions that best meet the needs of targeted customers. Achieve monthly sales quotas and performance through utilization of sales skills and adherence to defined sales call flow structure. Respond to customers needs for Cox products, educate them on the latest marketing campaigns, and then recommend the packages and services to meet the customers needs.

Handle customer inquiries face to face on a daily basis and provide excellent customer service. Facilitate a variety of transactions and customer interactions which includes returns, exchanges, and repair questions. Partner with other employees to ensure customer needs are met.
