Responsible for the development and execution of new products for the Glasshouse Fragrances and Circa Home brands. Oversee the new product pipeline across R&D, formulators, packaging and production teams. New product development and forecasting of business requirements in line with company financial benchmarks, quality and safety requirements. Strategically plan, architect and produce product specification requirements in alignment with quality assurance and control regulations. Manage creatives, pre-press and print management with both internal and external stakeholders. Work with artists on collaborations for packaging design. Lead cross functional BOMs, Technical and Supply Chain meetings. Develop, evaluate and present product specifications, BOMs, packing guidelines, P&L’s and gate documents. Co-ordinate product development with Technical and the Supply Chain team in line with approved product development processes. Ensure all product testing is carried out on time and in full and set against product specification and quality standards across ranges. Regularly review SKU performance, pricing analysis and rationalisation across markets/channels. Manage Sales and Brand team requirements including sampling, forecasting, and project updates/feedback. Lead NPD projects in accordance with the gate process. Drive revenue and YOY growth across categories and ranges using consumer/product insight, to develop products/ranges that both loyalise and recruit new customers and maintain retention. Remain up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities and leverage key insights. Develop engaging content, including claims, for individual SKU’s and franchises.
