-Conduct first consultations for clients filing pro se with family law issues. -Analyze family law issues: Dissolution of Marriage (Contested and Uncontested), Supplemental Petitions for Modification (Alimony, Child Support,Time-sharing and Parental Responsibility), Paternity, Disestablishment of Paternity, IV-D Establishment of Paternity and Child Support (DOR) Response; Civil contempt and Enforcement, Step-parent Adoptions, Emergency Motions, Petition for Temporary Support and other Relief, CH 751 Temporary Custody. -Draft pleadings and motions. -Provide clients with appropriate Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Pro Se Forms. -Instruct clients on filling out Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Pro Se Forms. -Assist supervising attorney with second consultation. -Interview and hire law students to work for Pro Se Program. -Train law students on conducting first and second consultations. -Manage Pro Se Program -Assist organizing events for Tallahassee Bar Association (2013 Chili Cook-Off; 2013 Springtime Tallahassee booth).

-Manage case files. -Conduct client consultations. -Research and analyze family law issues (dissolution of marriage, supplemental petitions for modification, contempt/enforcement, Department of Revenue Child Support Establishment. -Draft and e-file family law pleadings, motions, subpoenas. -Record and report billable hours to supervising attorney. -Schedule, attend, and litigate in hearings. -Schedule, attend and participate in mediations.

-Attend and observe Dependency dockets, Shelter hearings, Permanent Child Placement hearings. -Attend and observe Family Law hearings. -Attend and observe Domestic Violence Injunction hearings. -Attend and observe Baker Act hearings. -Attend and observe Juvenile Delinquency dockets and hearings. -Attend and observe Felony dockets. -Attend and observe jury selections. -Attend and observe criminal jury trials. -Conduct legal research pertaining to family law, dependency, and domestic violence issues -Draft legal memoranda of law (jurisdiction and use of constructive service; Admissibility and whether or not you need a custodian of records or whether a Wife/Husband's testimony is sufficient when trying to use and enter Facebook posts, other social media, text messages, e-mails, phone records, medical records, and/or bank records into evidence). -Discuss and analyze case law with judge for dependency and family law hearings.

-Attend family law hearings with Marilyn Morris. -Participate in potential client interviews. -Observe witness preparations for hearings. -Research and analyzed various family law issues. -Draft legal memoranda of law analyzing family law issues. -Draft pleadings for various family law issues. -Record and report billable hours to Marilyn Morris.

-Scheduled students and family members for orientations. -Organized materials for Orientation Leaders. -Communicated with other departments when students need special accommodations. -Managed office while supervisors are out of office doing orientations.

-Conducted weekly informational sessions about FSU to groups of 30 students. -Conducted weekly informational sessions about FSU to groups of 60 family members. -Led weekly campus tours for groups of 60 or more family members. -Participated in the One Book One Campus program, facilitating and encouraging discussion. -Performed informational skit "Life on Campus" showing difficult experiences students may encounter while in college. -Taught students how to register for courses. -Resided in the residence hall with the incoming students providing nightly student activities and conducting on-call duties.
