I’m a former high school math teacher and varsity softball coach turned entrepreneur and the founder of EMPOWERHOUSE Gym, a queer-owned space where kettlebells, community, and inclusivity come together to empower every body. As the owner and leader of EMPOWERHOUSE, I oversee everything from creating annual plans and tracking key metrics to fostering member success and developing programming that meets diverse needs. I bring my leadership and educational experience into every aspect of my role, ensuring that the gym thrives as both a business and a supportive, welcoming community. An RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor, I lead from the trenches, coaching alongside my team and members while cultivating an environment that celebrates strength, connection, and personal growth. EMPOWERHOUSE isn’t just a gym. It’s a sanctuary where people feel safe, supported, and inspired to take up space, inside and outside the gym.
