I am a freelance translator for the Florida Sea Grant Program. Most recently, I translated NOAA's Disaster Guide and have translated their Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD) Annual Newsletter from English to Spanish. I work with topics related to marine sciences, environmental diseases, natural disaster preparations, and environmental conservation efforts.

Translated Pennsylvania Sea Grant's English publications into Spanish. Proficient in handling complex subjects like botany, marine sciences, pedagogy, and glossary terms, from English to Spanish translations.

As a Tutor for the Upward Bound program, I provided academic support and mentorship to high school students from underrepresented backgrounds, focusing on verbal and non verbal communication skills. I’ve successfully coached students for competitive events, including a Spelling Bee and a Public Speaking competition—where my students earned 1st and 3rd place respectively. I designed engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles and most importantly, fostered confidence in public expression.

As an independent contractor, I provide English<>Spanish (Puerto Rico) language services remotely. My responsibilities include delivering precise translations, editing, and proofreading per client requests and job requirements, ensuring high-quality, culturally appropriate content.

As an ESL teacher specializing in Advanced Conversational English for adults, I facilitate engaging and dynamic language learning experiences. With a focus on real-life communication skills, my classes go beyond traditional methods, fostering an immersive environment where students develop fluency, confidence, and cultural awareness. Through stimulating discussions, role-playing, and interactive activities, students not only enhance their language proficiency but also gain insights into global perspectives. With a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom, I inspire a passion for continuous learning, empowering my students to navigate the complexities of English with ease.

Responsible for supervising and advising the Communications staff of the Puerto Rico Sea Grant College Program on formatting, production and editing methods for our printed and digital publications. Interviewed officials, employees, students and researchers in search of information of interest for magazine publications. Translated technical information resulting from interviews and technical reports into popular language aimed at the public, both in English and Spanish. All of these responsibilities included writing and sharing these publications on social media posts and videos, such as on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter (X.com), YouTube and Issuu.

Responsible for teaching courses such as INGL 3101: Basic English Course, INGL 3202: Composition and Reading, INGL 3103: Intermediate English I, and INGL 3104: Intermediate English II. I have taught subjects such as grammar, literary analysis, essay writing, speaking logs, and reading comprehension. In addition, I corrected, edited, and translated texts for my students.

My main responsibilities were to provide technical support to the user within the online learning platform Moodle. This included monitoring that all attendees complete and sign the established attendance record for the "División de Educación Continua y Estudios Profesionales" (DECEP) records. Additionally, I was in charge of creating, editing, uploading, and organizing educational materials on the assigned Moodle page, where students could access them during online class time. I was the technical support for both teachers and students.

Responsible for editing, translating and organizing files and documents for the Research Center of the College of Business Administration. These files ranged from research articles to be published, departmental exams, and any other documents requested by the ADEM department. In addition, I was in charge of supervising the students during their departmental exams.

Responsible of proctoring high school students during their Advanced Placement English Exam. This includes tech support for students, ensuring the integrity of the exam by avoiding plagiarism, noting suspicious behavior and managing any difficulties and questions during the exam.
