Stephanie Dhimmar-Anderson

Stephanie Dhimmar-Anderson brings over 11 years of diverse retail experience with a strong focus on category analytics, assortment planning, and vendor management across both national and private label brands. Currently serving as the Category Analyst for Private Label Salty Snacks and Candy at Buc-ee’s, she partners closely with Category Managers to drive performance through detailed forecasting, warehouse order planning, store allocations, and launch analytics for new products. Before Buc-ee’s, Stephanie worked remotely as a Retail Planner for Mad Engine, managing item forecasts and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) for a major retail account. Her scope included forecasting blanks to support trend-driven fashion buys. She has also held roles as an Allocation Analyst at Francesca’s and a Merchandise Planner at Stage Stores, where she was responsible for top-down financial planning for Missy Casual Tops and Skirts. Stephanie began her career at J.C. Penney, gaining deep experience in both planning and buying. Her roles included Assortment Planner for Bedding—one of JCP’s highest-volume categories—along with previous roles as Assistant Buyer and Allocator in fashion and basics. She played a key role in replenishment growth, floor set strategies, and system process improvements, and she was recognized as a DCM (Demand Chain Management) system expert. Stephanie has taken intentional career pauses to focus on raising her daughters, returning to the workforce with a continued passion for data-driven merchandising, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
