• Contact for Executives and Management for HR support • Co-led a group to update a comprehensive Performance Management process which included tracking employee warnings, Performance Improvement Plans and documented discussions for non-exempt and exempt employees • Facilitate, organize, and present in 30 employee orientation classes during the year • Communicate and administer all Annual HR Processes for the business including Annual Benefit Enrollment, Merit Increases, and Bonus Payouts • Assist employees with questions or concerns about HR related topics • Facilitate Calibration Sessions during Annual Performance Appraisal • Manage Leave Management processes within the building including FMLA, ADA, and Short/Long Term Disability • Assist in reducing employee turnover by reviewing recruiting process, company fringe benefits, hourly pay rates, career development, and engagement programs • Create and implement a Team Leader Development Program

• Ensured that all Human Resource functions were evaluated during a transition to a Shared Service model • Manage the recruiting process for indirect and direct labor hires by working with a staffing agency and working with management on an improved internal process • Process payroll for two group companies with a total of 750 employees • Created new processes and new policies for operations • Assist with new process improvements within HR • Communicated all yearly annual enrollment timeframes, process, and deadlines such annual enrollment, merit, performance appraisals • Work with Senior Management to maintain headcount goals in the Aurora facility • Owned employee relations issues at the Aurora facility
