• POC Testing for 30-50 patients per day. • Blood draws for 8-20 patients per day. • Getting all specimen samples to the lab according to proper procedure and following all protocols. • Solely responsible for maintaining the Quest site and supplies • Keeping all patients at ease and maintaining excellent customer service at all times. • Checking in 40-80 patient per day at BDC pediatrics clinic (rooming, vitals, downloads) • Weekly and monthly reporting.

• Responsible for all mortgage loan disclosures during the loan process for 3 branches. Includes Initial Disclosures, all Change of Circumstance and Initial Closing Disclosures (an average of 100 loans per month). • Monitoring every file through the loan process, to maintain compliance throughout. • Responsible for preparing closing documents and Final Closing Disclosures on all rush files (less than 24-48 hours) for 3 branches, balancing with the Settlement Agents, Title Agents and Attorneys and ordering the wire funds. • Responsible for mitigating and/or resolving all post-closing items for 3 branches to get loans sold on the secondary market. • Responsible for training all employees on new policies and procedures related to disclosing and compliance. Ensuring all employees are kept up on all policies, procedures and regulations. • Responsible for payroll twice per month; correcting timecards for all employees, as needed and approving all employee timecards by deadline for each payroll. • Responsible for completing new hire paperwork with new employees; submitting the paperwork to corporate for processing and set-up, getting all new employees set up in the office or remotely, ordering and designing business cards. • Responsible for maintaining the marketing. Designing and ordering marketing pieces and keeping stock of all items for customer closing gifts, Realtor gifts and items for large events (trade shows etc.).

• Pre-Closing / Post-Closing QC and Audit for compliance • Pulling closing docs for an average of 20-30 loans per month (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HUD 184 and direct to Fannie Mae via FHLB) • Preparing HUD/CD with Settlement Agents/Attorneys • Balancing each loan / Ordering wires • Responsible for submitting all closed loans back to Investors for repurchase on the Secondary Market, tracking and resolving all E&O’s • MERS registration, transfers and reconciliation • Weekly and monthly pipeline reporting • Monthly and yearly revenue reporting and breakdown for payroll • Invoice reconciliation for 7 branches • Responsible for managing files for internal and 3rd party audits
