I’m a senior engineering leader who specializes in modernizing complex systems while organizations scale, with a strong focus on applying AI pragmatically to real production problems. My work sits at the intersection of architecture, execution, and leadership—partnering closely with CTOs and senior stakeholders to translate vision into systems that actually work. I’ve led and advised teams through platform modernization, architectural refactors, and growth inflection points where velocity, clarity, and system health are all at risk. Increasingly, this includes integrating AI and LLM-driven capabilities into existing platforms—doing so intentionally, with attention to data readiness, system boundaries, operational risk, and long-term maintainability rather than novelty. I stay close enough to the work to make good technical decisions, while building structures that scale decision-making beyond myself. I focus on reducing risk early—before headcount growth, architectural complexity, or AI initiatives amplify the wrong constraints. I lead remote-first by design. Not as a preference, but because it enables clearer communication, stronger ownership, and more intentional scaling when teams, systems, and AI-enabled capabilities are evolving at the same time.
