Extensive experience licensing and brokering IP with many years in successful commercialization and development of patient centered and caregiver driven medical devices. Our roots in serving the Healthcare Industry were established alongside NICU nurse Jan Shields (Angele Innovations), a nurse caring for premature babies who are confined to the NICU. Her knowledge of the lack of resources within the NICU community and her desire to see change, allowed us to pioneer and develop an original design made to help nurses (and moms), resulting in a practice now used in over 90% of hospitals today - our first device to achieve Standard of Care status. Working with nurses and docs who care for mothers & newborn babies, our postpartum hemorrhage cart has furthered our goal and commitment to quality, equaling best care for patients. Our system has not only been adopted industry wide, but it is the center of attention with updated patient care policies being mandated, establishing our second Standard of Care in less than ten (10) years.
