As a highly flexible, API based, AI-powered solution, it is available cloud native and on-premise. xolo developed the world’s first volumetric fabrication platform for optics—enabling the direct manufacturing of complex freeform lenses and optical elements. Xolography enables ultra-fast prototyping and small serial production without design limitations. As CCO, I was responsible for all business aspects of the company, including market strategy, customer acquisition, and international expansion. I led partnership negotiations with major optics companies across Europe and North America, established key commercial use cases, and positioned xolo as a category-defining deep-tech startup in the optics space.

Sigma Additive Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: SASI) was a leading provider of quality assurance software in the manufacturing industry. The company completed its acquisition of NextTrip in 2023 and has transitioned its business. Customers include large OEMs and Tier Suppliers in Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and General Manufacturing in North America, Europe and Asia. I was leading the European operations team, heading the global sales organisation and built up a reseller and partner strategy. As part of the management team, I was leading negotiations with European exit partners.

Vestas is the global leader in wind energy solutions. Its core business is the development, manufacturing, sale and maintenance of wind power plants. I was the line manager for 10 Service Sales representatives in Germany, that generated 80 Mio EUR+ recurring yearly revenue after transitioning the department from passive Customer Service to active Service Sales.
