Stephan Gratziani is a bold, visionary leader with a lifelong passion for transformation, growth and empowering people. As chief executive officer (CEO) of Herbalife, he brings more than three decades of hands-on experience – having risen from a top-performing distributor to the company’s highest executive role. His leadership is rooted in the belief that people, purpose and performance are the true drivers of lasting impact. Stephan’s journey with Herbalife began in 1991, following a career as a competitive U.S. cyclist and time spent living in Paris. Inspired by Herbalife’s mission to improve lives through better nutrition, he turned a personal commitment into one of the most successful global distributorships in the company’s history – spanning over 70 markets. That foundation instilled in him the discipline, grit and entrepreneurial spirit that continue to define his leadership style. In 2023, Stephan transitioned from the field to the boardroom, first serving as chief strategy officer and later as president. In 2025, he was appointed CEO – becoming the first distributor since founder Mark Hughes to lead the company. This milestone brings unmatched authenticity, field insight and a deep understanding of the Herbalife community to the executive suite. Since assuming the role, Stephan has accelerated Herbalife’s transformation – modernizing global sales training, deepening distributor engagement and advancing strategic partnerships.
