August 2014--present: Lead a team of 20 animators (on- and off-site) to produce 44 minutes of original rotoscoped animation for the Independent Lens documentary, "Tower."​ Collaborate through weekly meetings with director Keith Maitland to ensure his vision successfully makes it to film. Plan, schedule, and track over 400 individual shots to completion over 12 months. Balance budget for studio expenses and contractors, hire and train animators, fulfill all other HR needs. Archival film research throughout production, and permissioning used video post-production. Other duties as needed: IT specialist, purchaser, accountant, maid, therapist. November 2012--August 2014 (ongoing): Executive Producer of Earp, an 8 episode comedic animated web series. Attend production meetings, plan week's work, schedule and manage interns and assistants, review previous week's animation work. Track and report expenses to producers at F/N Entertainment, report weekly progress on Earp to same. Assist in creation of merchandise, as well as all other alternative money streams. Assist in video editing of Earp as needed, share final approval of assets with business partner (Craig Staggs). Produce commercial video assets when booked. Clients have included Omiro.com, Cinegif, Legal Shield. Act as creative director on live video shoots, secure locations, actors, and props. Art direction and set decoration, build props if not already existing. Some writing, direction, and video editing. Share ultimate responsibility with partner Craig Staggs to ensure successful project completion.

Work with clients to locate appropriate photo according to image specifications. Attend thumbnail meetings with editors and designers to create image records and add to database. Research images using large and small online stock agencies, as well as schools, museums, other online archives, and individual photographers. Secure and deliver high res images to clients via ftp or other chosen medium. Update internal client database as needed. Obtain image rights through permission request and process invoices for payment. Obtain other image rights through secondary permission holders as needed. Style/art direct photo shoots to meet image specifications. Clients have included Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Pearson Education, Lumina Datamatics, Vista Higher Learning, Sicola Martin Advertising, QBS Learning, and Six Red Marbles Development House.

Create portraits of faculty, students, employees and illustrious alumni for use in the printed alumni magazine UT Law and on the UT Law website. Document speakers, special guests, and various receptions and events at the University and off campus. Travel across country with a mobile studio to photograph alumni for fundraising purposes. Edit and cull photographs. Create and maintain an Image Archive database, keyword edited photographs. Provide photos to outside sources as requested.
