My background spans internal audit, risk advisory, and assurance across banking and insurance, where I’ve worked closely with teams to identify control gaps, mitigate risks, and improve governance. I enjoy getting into the details of how processes actually work and then finding practical ways to make them more effective, resilient, and aligned with business goals. More recently, I completed my MBA at the University of Strathclyde, where I expanded my perspective beyond risk into strategy, innovation, and consulting. Through this, I’ve worked with startups and a RegTech firm on market strategy, product positioning, and growth challenges.
