Business Development & Sourcing Executive - Manage overseas factory sourcing and development, including identifying suitable suppliers and negotiating on pricing, design, and order terms. Liaise closely with manufacturers to ensure smooth production and communication. - Oversee IP licensing renewals (Disney, Universal, Hasbro, Mattel, Peanuts) and ensure compliance. - Support RFID processes by guiding suppliers on system integration and resolving technical issues. - Attend overseas fashion fairs to source new suppliers and stay updated on market trends. - Get to know new market trends and brainstorm promotions and events for online. - Monitoring stock related issue and inventory level - Works closely with suppliers to negotiate price and bulk orders. - Review competitors, pricing, marketing trend and others. - Manage website appearances, manage price and product info. Ensure all the info is latest. Study and understand the product and function. - In charge indoor sales and handle customer when customer looking for assistance. - Issue PO to place order with supplier. - Handling shopee, lazada and office website (price changing, product enhancement and so on) - Processing customer order at shopee, lazada and website. - Ensuring all the order will ship out on time

- Assist in generating invoice, make sure company operation is smooth, in charge in e-commerce and many more. - Assisting in adding new product and need to study the product function and design. - Work closely with designer team to brief them the product layout or banner.
