Process Automation & Data Capture: Designed and built structured data capture and workflow automation solutions using Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate, replacing manual, fragmented processes with governed, scalable workflows. • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ETL tool, and the go-to person for all technical queries related to the tool. • Involved in transfer and management of large amount of ship building information between designed applications and operation systems by collaborating with stakeholders and other SMEs. • Developed and maintained Power BI dashboards, SQL databases, VBA Applications & other data management solutions for multiple departments to provide insights resulting in a 35% increase in operational efficiency for our clients. • Identified KPIs for the internal departments and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and streamline data collection resulting in a 25% reduction in report development time. • Wrote, tested, and debugged solutions majorly using SQL, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, M-Query and DAX. • Automated data-driven workflows using Power Automate, reducing manual efforts. • Refined the QA process by developing data driven test plans & workflow documentation for the customers.
