Entrepreneurial Experience (Selection): • Founder and Managing Director of adamare Singles Travel – a premium boutique tour operator for discerning solo travelers → Successfully established in the market for almost 20 years, with a clear niche positioning, high rebooking rate, and excellent brand recognition • Founder of Men’s Health Camps, Women’s Health Camps, and MyCyclingCamps → Development of Women’s Health Camps into Europe’s largest specialized fitness camp for women → Successful exit from the sports and camp business • Extensive leadership experience in owner-managed companies as well as experience in corporate structures I combine entrepreneurial intuition with operational depth, market knowledge, and a strong understanding of brand building, target group psychology, and scalable product logic. I am currently working on a new, technology-driven travel and experience model with international scaling potential – open to discussions with investors, sparring partners, and co-founders.
