• Analyze usage of supplies • Cut hospitals cost by analyzing usage report and reduce overstocking • Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels • Reducing the on hand of non- turn over items • Work collaboratively with surgical departments • Place requisitions to replenish stock • Produce cost savings by finding adequate alternative products
